We started to offer the solutions on management of relations with the clients for the Lithuanian market in the year 2000. The private joint stock company "ELSIS verslo sprendimai" (ELSIS Business Solutions) was founded in the year 2003 as the result of reorganization of the unit of the enterprise "ELSIS", which dealt with the business management solutions. The main activity of the enterprise is development of the solutions on management of relations with the clients (CRM) and optimization of the business processes. Establishment of the specialized enterprise in the CRM sphere permitted to occupy the leading positions in Lithuania and in the other Baltic countries, to react towards the market changes faster, to be closer to the client, to satisfy the client's demands more flexibly and operatively. The private joint stock company "ELSIS verslo sistemos" is the most solid enterprise, which renders the Oracle CRM solutions services in the Baltic States.
