The private joint stock company "ELSIS biuro sistemos" (ELSIS Office Systems) was founded in the year 2003. The company, belonging to the group of enterprises "ELSIS", is involved in the activity, pertaining to the sphere of the IT and office equipment, i.e. it trades with the office equipment, computer and software equipment, does the maintenance jobs, implements the integrated computer, audio and data transmission networks, the telecommunication and security systems; moreover, it renders the bureau equipment leasehold services. The regional units and the technical maintenance centers of the "ELSIS biuro sistemos" operate in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys.

More than 90 highly qualified specialists, involved in the sphere of information technologies and telecommunications, work for the joint stock company. In the year 2007 the turnover of the "ELSIS biuro sistemos" amounted to 52 mln.lt (15 mln. Euros). The joint stock company is among the most solid enterprises, dealing with the information systems and telecommunications, in Lithuania.

The private joint stock company "ELSIS biuro sistemos" has the permission, issued by the Ministry of Environment (certificate Nr. 3128), for execution of projecting and construction jobs of the building part. The spheres of projecting and construction jobs are as follows: the sphere of remote connection (telecommunications), automation, security and fire-prevention alarm-systems (including the video surveillance, the entrance control systems, the perimeter security). The specialists of the enterprise have the qualification certificates, which provide them with the right to act as the construction jobs managers and as the technical supervision managers.
